Yeah, I'm fine thanks. That was the easy bit! I'm finding the whole process cathartic. It's not like I'm sitting here in floods of tears or even particularly upset, I'm just glad to get it all out.

Astonishing how the most lyrical writing emerges from the most discordant of arrangements. Brilliantly - poignantly - captured. Sad for you that it happened but glad that you felt able to get it out in words so it didn't sit inside any longer. Sending hugs

Thank you. I don't remember it being any more complicated than that, which probably speaks volumes about the level to which I emotionally shielded from that point on. My goodness, it's quite the thing to write this stuff and fling it out into the world, but I am feeling so peaceful for it.
